Larch Grove — our bond in Co. Carlow, in Ireland’s south-east — is ours: we own it, we operate it, and every cask in it sleeps under our roof. So there's no third party to ask, no visitor centre to route you through, no rope. For one day the filling store, the gauging table, the valinch and the bottling line are yours.

Nobody flies to Ireland for one day.
A chapter is one day at the bond. Around it you build the rest — the championship links on your bearing, the castles and country houses, the coast. We price and book the whole week with you; the cask is simply the reason everyone said yes.
Tell us who's coming and when.
Every chapter is tied to a cask, so the first conversation is usually about the build. Tell us roughly the group, the month and the appetite, and we'll come back with the shape of the day and the week around it.
