Interactive hosted tastings at renowned bodegas and spirits stores in your own market. We handle the venue, the liquid, the invitations and the hosting. You bring the people — and your cask gives you the reason to.
One dinner is one night. A cask maturing in your firm's name gives you a standing reason to gather people several times a year — and something new to say each time, because the whiskey itself has changed since you last met.
Clients, prospects, referral sources, staff, stakeholders. Whoever your business needs closer, in the best whiskey room in town, with your name on the evening.
Twelve seats around one cask. Tap a seat to add a client, a colleague or a referral — or upload the guest list and fill the room in one go. Open seats stay in the firm's reserve until you decide who gets them.
Each seat is tied to that guest's email, which becomes their own login for the cask — where the evening's recap and their tasting scores land afterwards. Next rotation, pull a past holder back in with one click.
Same cask, same venues, different intent. Most firms rotate through all four across a year.
We run these with independent wine and spirits specialists we already work with — places with a proper tasting room, staff who know the category, and our whiskey already on the shelf. The trust is built before your guests arrive.
If your market isn't on the list yet, tell us. It's usually a short conversation to open one.

This is the profile your firm sees in the portal before choosing where to host — the character of the place, why it made the list, the photographs, the seats and the map.

Every room comes with a written profile before you commit — the character of the place, why it made the list, photographs, seats, the address and a map. You're choosing a room, not a postcode.
We draw and bespoke-label twelve 5cl progression samples from your cask and ship them to the venue. You simply arrive with your twelve for a guided evening, hosted alongside the shop's own specialists.
Guests taste through the Flying Tumbler range, then the thing nobody else in the room can pour: a progression sample drawn from your own cask, tasted where it is now. Every tasting, that pour is different.

Every tasting is allocated three cases — one each of the Bird, the Roller and the Tippler. Our recommendation for the split:
Which is the quiet part of why these evenings work. Your guest leaves with a bottle of Irish whiskey and a sample of the cask maturing in your firm's name — years before the cask itself is bottled.

Local runs the year. The four offsite days at our own bond in Ireland are the ones people talk about for a decade — fill day, the finishing bench, the bottling line, hands in the whiskey.

We'll come back with the venue we'd use, the shape of the evening and what it takes to get the first one in the diary.
We'll come back within two working days with a venue and a shape for the evening.
