The week is planned where the cask lives.

Your firm sets a bearing when the cask is built. From that moment the workspace carries a taste of that corner of Ireland — links, houses, landscape and tables, each written up properly. When the whiskey is close, the full trip is shaped and booked in The Homecoming, with the day at the bond fixed in the middle of it.

We run the day in Carlow ourselves. The rest of the week we open the door to, plan around it and book — so the whole trip arrives as one thing, not six.
