Flying Tumbler · The Circle Programme
Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey
The Circle Programme
Client engagement · business development · corporate offsites

The corporate box,
reinvented in oak.

A cask of whiskey used to be filled, rolled into the dark and forgotten for a decade — no use to anyone until bottling day. The Circle taps it from the day it's filled. Your firm builds its own cask, then works it: hosted tastings in your own city, immersive days at our bond in Ireland, and at the end a few hundred bottles on your own label. Nobody hands the keys back.

The problem

Everything you buy to entertain a client is one-and-done.

Firms spend serious money every year on client engagement, business development, corporate hospitality and staff incentives — and it goes down the same tried-and-tested avenues. Match tickets. The box. Dinners, nights out, trips away, another branded bottle at Christmas. All of it expensive, all of it ephemeral, and none of it leaving anything behind but a photo.

Gone by morning
The dinner, the match, the case of wine — a single moment, then nothing until you spend again.
Expensive to hold
The box, the match tickets, the dinners, the gifts — it all adds up fast, sits idle half the year, and takes constant managing.
Nothing left at the end
When the season ends you hand the keys back. Nothing compounds, nothing is owned, and next year you start again from zero.
The solution

A cask that works from the day it's filled.

We work in whiskey, and we have our own home for it — a facility built to mature, sample, re-gauge, store, blend and bottle on site, with room to bring people in while it happens. That control is what makes this possible: the cask stops being a thing in storage and becomes something you can use, from fill day onward.

Around it you gather the Circle — the clients, colleagues, referral sources and stakeholders you want close — and bring them along on the whole journey. It has never been done this way before. We're the first.

Stage one · always the builder

Curate a cask that exists nowhere else.

The first thing you meet is the builder — proprietary, ours alone, and open to over fourteen thousand combinations of make, wood, finish, strength and time. Whatever you land on, the odds are you'll hold the only liquid of its style on the planet, bottled under your own label.

And it needn't be a long wait. Go new-fill and hold it for twenty years, or draw on our warehouse of aged stock and have something in bottle as soon as next year.

The make
Pot still, malt, grain — or a blend built to your brief.
The wood library
Bourbon, sherry, port, madeira, rum, virgin oak — first fill and finish.
The clock
Twenty years in wood, or aged stock ready inside twelve months.
Your label
Designed to your specs. Your name on the only bottles of it there will ever be.

The heart of the programme

Stage two: the programme forks two ways.

Local, where your clients already are — and offsite, at our own bond in Co. Carlow, south-east Ireland. Most firms run both: tastings through the year at home, and a full day in Ireland when the trip is worth building. Both are client engagement, business development and staff engagement, doing real work.

A hosted tasting at a local spirits specialist
Fork one Local · in your own city

Interactive in-store tastings, hosted for you.

We work with renowned bodegas and spirits stores in your area and look after the lot — the venue, the liquid, the invitations, the hosting. You bring the people. It's a living client-engagement and business-development tool: real reasons to get clients, prospects, stakeholders and staff around a table in the best whiskey room in town, several times a year.

Curated venues — established relationships with the best independent wine & spirits merchants in market, where our whiskey already sits on the shelf.
Hosted and supported — we run the tasting and pour it; nobody from your firm has to become a whiskey expert.
Booked in the portal — dates, rooms, guest lists and invitations, with every attendance logged against the relationship.
Not just clients — open it to staff, prospects and referral sources, and bring them along on the cask's journey from day one.

An offsite day at Larch Grove
Fork two Offsite · Larch Grove, Co. Carlow, Ireland

Four immersive full-day programmes at our bond in Ireland.

Bring your team over to execute a real stage of the cask you built with us. Aprons on, hands in — the first of its kind in Irish whiskey, and as far as we know anywhere. It's a corporate offsite that does the actual work of team building and relationship development, and it folds into a wider Ireland trip we'll help you build.

Fill day
Your spirit into your wood, filled and bunged by your own hands, then racked with your name on it.
Lab day
Nosing, sampling and blending at the bench — the science of what the wood is doing in there.
Finishing day
Re-cask it. Choose the finishing wood together and change the whiskey's direction for good.
Bottling day
Off the line, hand-labelled and signed — and home with you the same evening.
Our facility · our schedule · access nobody else can give

Both forks are booked, hosted and tracked in the same portal — under your firm's brand.
Stage three · the cherry on top

When the box season ends, you hand back the keys. When the cask matures, you own the whiskey.

That's the part nothing else in the hospitality budget can do. At maturity the cask is bottled under your own label and a few hundred bottles come home with you — and then the fun starts, because every one of them is another reason to reach out.

Gifting
A bottle to the clients and stakeholders who were there for the journey — impossible for anyone else to copy.
Corporate events
Your own whiskey behind the bar at the conference, the launch, the awards night, the charity auction.
Christmas
The one Christmas gift that carries a story your client already helped write.
Milestones
Big deals closed, retirements, anniversaries, promotions — a bottle with real weight behind it.
Their name on the bottle

The label is written in the portal, long before the whiskey is ready.

Name the cask, write the occasion in your own words, and the label builds itself around it — front and back, with the real cask facts filled in from the bond: laid down, age, strength, the wood it sat in, the tasting notes as they develop. Clients see their own label taking shape years out, which is half the pleasure of owning it.

Around the programme · the week, not the day

Nobody flies to Ireland for one day.

The day at our bond is the anchor — the part we own and run ourselves. But a firm bringing its best clients across the Atlantic for it comes for a week. So the portal carries the rest of the island too: point the compass at a corner of Ireland and you get its championship links, its castles and country houses, its landscape and its tables — everything you'd build a homecoming from, with our day in Carlow at the centre of it.

You introduce. The platform does the rest.

Behind every cask sits a private workspace, white-labelled to the advisory firm — it runs under their name and brand (here, a firm we'll call Halworth & Vane), never ours. Build and buy casks, browse the wood library, track everything you hold, run the tasting room, book Ireland, and manage bottling and allocation at the end. This is the real product — and it already exists.

Bottles are decided at bottling — you choose who receives them across every rotation, with a reserve for the business. A seat is a relationship, not a claim on the whiskey.
Ireland · the soul, and the proof

A real family, a real bond, a real cask.

Every cask is sourced, matured, blended and bottled by Flying Tumbler — our family whiskey house, with its own range on shelves across Ireland and export markets. When an advisory firm runs the programme it carries their brand out front; behind it, a real working distillery matures the cask. Not a middleman.
